Authorization...
Obtaining copies of records with a valid authorization can become involved. Changing regulations and locating specific forms can make the task complex. Allow IDP services to streamline the process for you by locating the custodian of records, presenting the signed authorization, advancing required fees, verifying the record’s availability, obtaining additional requested information and scheduling the first available appointment for copying.

Once an appointment is set, an IDP professional photocopier will be dispatched to the provider's location, copy the required records and obtain a certification of authenticity. Should any issues arise, our knowledgeable staff will contact your office and inform you of any delays or other requirements. Otherwise, your requested copies will be delivered to your office after they are reviewed by our screening center for quality and processing
instructions.

Subpoena Services ...
Creating subpoenas is time consuming, save your valuable time by allowing IDP to prepare the subpoena(s) for you. IDP offers subpoena preparation and record production subpoena service for Superior Court, Municipal Court, Federal Court, Workers' Compensation and Arbitration cases.

If you prefer to prepare your own documents then IDP can use your issued subpoenas to serve and obtain records. With our custom software and tracking system, we can insure your records are delivered at the earliest time allowable by mandated regulations. Production of records can be for deposition or trial depending on your requirements.
